The AHC Information Systems (AHC-IS) office provides desktop support, server operations, and application development services to offices and areas within the Academic Health Center.
For PeopleSoft or enterprise systems, email accounts, or internet / x.500 accounts, contact the Office of Information Technology, or you can always contact our AHC-IS Helpline for assistance (612-626-5100).
Computer support (Mac & PC)
Computer Support Services: The Technology Services Center group provides helpline support and assists in the purchase and installation of new hardware and software. The Workstation Field Support group provides formal desktop support to users across the AHC. Walk-in technical support is available through the AHC-IS Tech Center.
Server Operations: Maintains servers for backing up and sharing files, and for housing web sites and other computer applications throughout the AHC.
