Web support

Support for websites within the Academic Health Center (AHC) is provided by multiple teams in partnership with college, school, and center staff:

  • AHC Central supports AHC centers, institutes, and offices.
  • University Relations supports School of Dentistry, College of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, and College of Veterinary Medicine.
  • Medical School supports all Medical School units.
  • School of Public Health supports School of Public Health (SPH) web presence; SPH directory supported by AHC Central through AHC Bios System.

AHC Drupal and Bios Training website and the web section of AHC Resource Hub are shared resources.

Web Point People

All web editors should begin by talking with their department’s web point person if they have questions about editing their site(s). Refer to the Web Point Person spreadsheet to find your department’s web point person.

The Office of Information Technology offers in-person and online technology training opportunities for University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff.

Lynda.com online tutorials

Lynda.com (login required) online training is available at no cost to all University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff. Lynda.com is a library of online training videos that provides access to more than 1,700 courses for all skill levels in more than 140 specialties.
