Facilities & Capital Planning
Manager of Classroom & Planning Support Services
Works with Academic Health Center deans, administrators, and faculty to understand changes in pedagogy and facilitates the support of these changes through scheduling, facilities improvements and technology. Responsible for designing and developing planning and management resources for all service units within the AHC.
Senior Communications Technician
Provides technical support, training and recommendations for technology development, and supervises the Service Coordinator and AV Technician.
Interacts with staff throughout the AHC and broader University in locating appropriate space for curriculum and other programming.
Provides customer service support for users who need technology solutions in our classrooms, manages videoconference and lecture capture services, manages AHC student staff, provides over-the-phone and on-site support for tech issues.
Research Building Management Services
Interim Director of Facilities and Capital Planning and Manager of Research Building Management Services
The Assistant Managers' areas of responsibility include day-to-day operations, supervision of building coordinators, access management, and crisis management. They provide effective customer service to their building occupants and the research community.
Event & Student Administration Manager
As Event & Student Administration Manager, Erin is responsible all event planning and coordination involving RBMS assets, and for conference room scheduling, in all RBMS buildings. She also trains and supervises student information desk employees.
